Whilst formally we hold regular headteacher/principal meetings, beneath this is wealth of knowledge sharing by those who are the experts in their field including subject departments working together, Key stage 2 & 3 collaborating, SLT /Curriculum development, collaborative 6th form offer and expert support staff securing excellent services and value for money.
Formally, the Valley Learning Partnership is led by a Board of Trustees who bring a range of skill sets from a variety of settings including education and higher education (University of Huddersfield), health, finance and business.
The trustees share a common purpose of working to further the educational opportunities available to the young people of Calderdale and West Yorkshire and to supporting partner schools to maintain excellent standards.
